If you email CareerSpinifex, we also receive your email address and message.
Yes, careerspinifex.com receives standard technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the previous page and the time. The CareerSpinifex hosting provider keeps these to operate and protect careerspinifex.com, and CareerSpinifex does not link them to applications.

The typefaces on the CareerSpinifex site come from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google. Messages with CareerSpinifex HR travel through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Each of these providers applies its own policy, separate from CareerSpinifex's. CareerSpinifex will list any new provider here, for example a form builder or ad tag, before switching it on.
CareerSpinifex shares it with authorities only if a law requires it, or permits it and it is reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect a person's rights.
After the form, you complete your application by sending CareerSpinifex HR one WhatsApp message. The button opens WhatsApp with a message already written and addressed to the CareerSpinifex HR number, which you will see at the top of the chat. The CareerSpinifex message waits for you: read it, then press Send when you are ready. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@careerspinifex.com and CareerSpinifex will help another way.

You may ask CareerSpinifex at careers@careerspinifex.com for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion or withdrawal of your application. CareerSpinifex may need to confirm who you are, will try to respond within 30 days and will give reasons if a request is refused. If CareerSpinifex has already introduced you to an employer, that introduction cannot be reversed.

CareerSpinifex roles are intended for adults. Information about a child that reaches CareerSpinifex will be deleted.
Email careers@careerspinifex.com and describe what happened. CareerSpinifex will investigate and reply in writing. If you are unhappy with the outcome, reply and someone at CareerSpinifex who was not involved will review it from the start.
Knowing the role lets CareerSpinifex send you the right training link and pass your application to the correct employer. If you are unsure, you can say so in your WhatsApp message and CareerSpinifex HR will explain the options before anything is shared. You can change your choice at any time before an introduction is made, simply by messaging HR or emailing careers@careerspinifex.com.
The chat with CareerSpinifex HR is stored so the team has context when you follow up. Only staff dealing with applications can read it, and CareerSpinifex will delete its copy on request. A copy of your CareerSpinifex chat stays on your phone, and WhatsApp looks after its records under its own rules. CareerSpinifex does not pass WhatsApp conversations to advertisers or data brokers.
It is fine to change your mind after applying to CareerSpinifex. Tell CareerSpinifex HR on WhatsApp or write to careers@careerspinifex.com, and CareerSpinifex will end contact about roles, make no new introductions and remove your information as described under retention, except anything CareerSpinifex is legally obliged to keep.
The information CareerSpinifex holds comes from you, so a quick check before submitting helps. Where something seems incorrect, CareerSpinifex HR will ask you about it instead of changing it on assumption, and corrections can always be sent through WhatsApp or to careers@careerspinifex.com.
